To join Palm4Paw, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to join.

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account details and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension or termination.

Membership Benefits and Terms for Pet Owners

Palm4Paw members are entitled to various benefits, including but not limited to:

• 24/7 Emergency Counseling and Regular Counseling Services

• Financial Assistance for approved pet care costs (subject to eligibility requirements)

• Monthly Gift Boxes with curated pet products and toys

• PawPoints Rewards Program for redeeming points earned through purchases and activities

• Discounted Services at participating vet clinics, pet shops, and service providers

 

Palm4Paw reserves the right to modify membership benefits at any time. Members must adhere to wellness verification practices to qualify for certain benefits.

Right to Modify or Discontinue Services

Palm4Paw may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, products, or membership benefits at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes, but we are not liable for disruptions or modifications.

Responsibility for Services and Products

​

While Palm4Paw carefully selects its partner brands and products, we are not responsible for:

• The outcome of any veterinary or medical treatment facilitated through our services

• The quality, effectiveness, or safety of third-party products included in gift boxes

• Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from third-party services or products

 

We encourage members to report concerns about unsafe products or services so we can investigate and improve our partnerships.

Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by Palm4Paw are our exclusive property.

 

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Members may submit content (e.g., photos, testimonials), which Palm4Paw may use for promotional purposes. By submitting content, you grant Palm4Paw a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content.

Suspension or Termination of Membership

Palm4Paw reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of our Terms of Service

• Providing false or misleading information during signup

• Abuse or misuse of financial assistance programs

• Engaging in fraudulent activities (e.g., falsifying pet records)

• Any conduct deemed harmful to Palm4Paw, its members, or partners

 

Suspended or terminated accounts may lose access to benefits, PawPoints, and financial assistance.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

By joining Palm4Paw, you agree to indemnify and hold Palm4Paw, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

• Your misuse of our services

• Misrepresentation of your pet’s health or ownership status

• Violation of these Terms of Service

Palm4Paw’s total liability for claims related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

Palm4Paw reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of Palm4Paw services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction.

Privacy and Data Protection

​

Palm4Paw is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect data solely for the purpose of providing our services. This may include:

• Contact details for communication purposes

• Pet health and wellness information to tailor services

• Purchase data for PawPoints rewards

 

Palm4Paw will never sell your personal data to third parties. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

​

Palm4Paw has the following refund policies:

• Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts. Cancellations will prevent future billing but no refunds will be provided for unused time.

• Gift Boxes:  As gifts are in nature—free; We cannot give refunds, however, If you are not satisfied with the condition or contents within you may contact Customer Support within 7 days of arrival for a reissuance.

• PawPoints Rewards: Points cannot be converted to cash and are non-refundable once redeemed.

User Conduct

​

To maintain a positive and supportive community, Palm4Paw members are expected to:

• Treat Palm4Paw staff and fellow members with respect.

• Use our services in good faith and for their intended purpose.

• Refrain from harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior when communicating with Palm4Paw employees.

 

Failure to comply with these conduct expectations may result in account suspension or termination.

Fraud and Abuse

​

Palm4Paw strictly prohibits fraudulent activities. Examples of prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Falsifying pet records to obtain financial assistance or rewards.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit offers, discounts, or promotions.

• Submitting false claims for PawPoints or product purchases.

 

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all benefits, including PawPoints and financial assistance eligibility.

Force Majeure

​

Palm4Paw shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Power outages

• Cyberattacks

• Government restrictions

• Pandemics or public health crises

 

We will make every effort to resume services as quickly as possible following such events.

Member Responsibility for Pet Care

​

While Palm4Paw provides helpful resources, guidance, and recommendations, members remain solely responsible for their pet’s overall care and wellbeing.

 

Palm4Paw cannot guarantee the success of any suggested products, services, or advice.

 

Pet owners are encouraged to consult with licensed veterinarians for medical concerns.

Educational Courses

​

Palm4Paw offers a variety of educational courses designed to help pet owners improve their pet care knowledge. These courses may include both free and paid options.

 

While our courses are designed to provide helpful information and guidance, Palm4Paw is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from advice or methods taught in these courses. Members should always consult a licensed veterinarian for professional care and guidance.

Volunteer and Charity Event Disclaimer

​

Palm4Paw regularly hosts and participates in charity events to support animal welfare.

 

While we deeply appreciate volunteers who participate in these events, Palm4Paw is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by volunteers during these activities.

 

Participants join at their own risk and are encouraged to exercise caution and follow provided safety guidelines.

Palm4Paw counselors are not licensed veterinarians or health professionals, and Palm4Paw is not an insurance provider. Any financial assistance provided by Palm4Paw is classified as a donation from Palm4Paw to the member and is not guaranteed. Our counselors provide guidance based on experience and training but are not qualified to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice for pets.

 

Recommendations provided by Palm4Paw counselors are intended for informational purposes only.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Any financial assistance provided is a voluntary donation and should not be considered insurance coverage.

• Palm4Paw and its counselors cannot be held responsible for the outcomes of any recommendations, advice, or communications.

• Palm4Paw is not liable for decisions you make based on information received from our counselors.

• In the event of a serious medical emergency, we strongly advise you to contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
